Paula White is a private concessionaire and works in partnership with the Forest Service to manage and operate the lodge, cabins and campground. This includes providing a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Ozark National Forest while camping or staying in one of the CCC built cabins. White Rock Mountain Recreation area is owned and operated by the U.S. Forest Service.
